When I provided my communication preference, phone, I expected phone calls not text. I was sent a text for when the car would be ready and planned my day accordingly. After, on morning I was to pickup car I learned it would not be ready. I had to go to car rental office and extend my rental. This was a waste of my time. Only accurate times should be provided.
On a positive note, Shamone (sorry, if I did not get name right) was very helpful when I could not reach James.
