In my experience with auto repair I have never encountered a place where they basically play a game with someone. What i mean by a game is that the people at Quality Paint and Repair kept moving the date my car would be complete to another. I understand that delays happen but they changed the dates about 5 times. The first couple of times I made it clear that I needed them to give me a one date even if it is a month or a couple of weeks. Since i have just recently started an internship in Los Angeles it would be very inconvenient if they said my vechile would be ready one day and then turnout with it taking another day. Although I made it clear they decided to give me a deadline and were not able to meet it. I had to ask for 2 days off from my internship. All of this occured on a Wednesday and Thursday so I am still okay with them taking up to Thursday because I asked for the two days off. Then Thursday afternoon i recive a message that on my vehicle will not be ready until Friday evening. I was okay with this because my schedule is open Friday. It wasn't until they messaged me Friday that it will be ready Monday. This is where I had it I visit the office a little upset because of the way they seem to be playing with me. I talk to one of the laidies in the fromt desk and tell her my situation. She proceeded to get my name and number and said they will contact me later this was the same thing they did last time. Thats when I express my thoughts on why they vontinue to play this game and make them aware once again that I cannot come back from Los Angeles taht it would be a waste of time money and would make me look bad in my internship. She sees that im upset and makes me walk into a room where she lost her complete professionalism everytime I talked she rolled her eyes and at one point I even went on by saying "by law you cpuld have gone somewhere else." In my opion having abput 3 uears of customer service experience she should have been more comprehending and apologetic because it was not my fault they set deadlines and couldnt meet them. I was there on time and was puting down alot of my activities and duties to be there. It is a little intresting how while i was in the office I recived a message that my car wouldnt be ready until Wednsday of that week which was 2 days away, yet after I went into the office the job was done the next day Tueaday. So it took all that fpr me to get my car or who knows when it wpuld be finished. A friend suggested that i should go there and after experiencing I would think twice. Now for the physical work on the car. I was good the only thing is that being an owner of 6 vechiles and having to repaor 3 at the end of the repair they give it a final outter detail. My car when I picked it up was a little dusty wimdows look as if they only got the hose and sprayed it. One can not blame it on weather beacuse those days it was cloudy and sunny. These were the reasons why Quality Paint and Body did not meet my standards of repair.
