When I arrived everything was taken care of for me. A rental car had already been arranged, my paperwork was ready and in order. I received multiple updates during the entire process. I was very satisfied with the entire, painless process.

The only thing that made me upset was that the night bfore the accident my gas tank of my SUV was full of gas n when I pick up my SUV on 3/17/17 from Eaglesons my gas tank was on empty it was on the red that is my only complaint hopefully somebody can pay me for my gas
