Very friendly and efficient service! The team was accommodating, and always made me feel welcome. Repair was done on time and appears to be very well done. The only negative part of my experience was the automated, computer generated, text messages which told me the repair would take 40 days, whereas the staff told me 8 days. The staff was correct and was what the repair actually took. Get rid of the computer generated updates unless they match reality. The humans involved in the repair were outstanding!

Drivers side window was not actually replaced, despite being listed on invoice. As I drove away, the truck had a Stop Engine critical fault. Returned to shop and was given back my rental vehicle. On a good note, Alex the manager worked the swap after hours. Appreciated the save very much since the shop just closed as I had driven away.
