Service at the Milpitas site was great. The receptionists where really friendly. There where a few issues found during pickup but Hector my service manager got them all straighten out. There was a small ding to the rear door that was not there when I left it for repair and Hector checked the photos he took and confirmed that it was not there originally so he arranged for the PDR expert Brad to meet with me to get it fixed. The repairs and paint job look great. While I was waiting the General Manager, Ather, gave me a personal tour of the facility. It is very impressive. Everyone was really friendly. Will definitely recommend others to there.

The wait time at the time of delivery the vehicle (to get a rental car was almost one hour) The car repair wasn't satisfactory as there scratches on the car that could have easily been taken care of had the customer representative talked to me about it.

Brent provided exceptional service, making sure I was fully satisfied with the repair. I wasn't satisfied with the initial repair due to the after-market parts not fitting very well, but Brent happily offered to correct that and got approval from insurance to use OEM parts, which eventually worked out great.
