Dean is super rude and comes off uncaring. The bodywork was fine and looks decent. But ny rear view camera was scratched during the accident and I pointed it out to dean and he said it was impossible. Even though behing the license it was dented in. Also my camera no longer had the guides to help me park.

From the beginning, I made it perfectly clear that I wasn't in a rush to receive my car because I wanted the body shop to take their time and do a good job but mostly I didn't want to be inconvenienced by having to return for overlooked repairs that might have been done correctly, if the body shop employees weren't rushed. I understand about parts being on backorder, but to return a customer's car without first being inspected for the repairs that were done, is poor customer service. When I picked up my car, I noticed the needed corrections immediately. By that afternoon, I noticed how there were a couple of more things that needed to be corrected. The items in need of correction seem minor but they need to be done the right way and replaced back to original state. Maybe better training on quality control and inspection is due. I was greeted well, given common courtesy calls and texts regarding the status of my car throughout the repair process and everyone I spoke to about the needed corrections was very apologetic.
