Dean was great, he kept us up to date with the repairs and timelines. We couldn't have been more pleased. Such a relief of mind knowing are car was in great hands.

It took so long to repair the car. When you towed the car, it was supposed to be done in 20 days. Then you delayed the date of pick up for 5 times, from 1st Feb, to 9th, 13th, 16th, 20th, which gives me a very bad experience.

Omg! Hector couldnt be more professional than he is. His attentiveness towards customer, his humor to listen to whining cusomer or far fetched requests and his deligince to calling for updates is beyond anything i could have expected. To be 100% honest, Service King gave me a headache when it came to my repair. I took it to three different locations (Dublin, Oakland, and then Milpitas) and out of all 3, Milpitas was the only one that could legitimately help me despite the kinks in the automated system that we had to work around. Dublin, quoted inaccurately. Oakland, we set up an appointment to get my car fixed while I was out of town. I dropped my car off for a week and came back to no fixes being made because they supposedly didn't have the insurance and claim information (even though USAA said they sent it over). On top of that Oakland didn't even contact me to let me know what was going on! I literally dropped my car thinking it would be ready when I got back, to find out they didn't even touch it (which is ridiculous). This is why I appreciate Service King Milpitas! They contacted me every step of the way and despite an error in the automated system that told me my car was available (even though it wasn't) they still provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and remained professional. I personally want to thank Shirley and Hector because without them at the forefront I don't think I would have done business with Service King nor reccomended Service King to anyone seeking collision repair.

It was very disappointing to receive your car back with a new dent. That was not there when you took it in. If it had been thee before I would have noticed being that it is really noticeable. Also letting your representative know the issue and not doing anything about it makes it worse. Now making it his word against ours.

Repair looks rushed. The entire edge of the replacement bumper is rough with high points and chips. There are many dust specks with at least one that caused a pit. Bumper install is not aligned. There are gaps between the bumper and taillights ranging from over 1cm to no gap (rubbing). One corner of the bumper does not meet the corner of a taillight where it should. There is an obvious step. There is a portion of the repainted quarter panel left unpainted.
