Chris was very clear and helpful at every step of the process.

I liked text alert messages letting me know how much of the works done so far cause I felt that my car is taken care of. The repair took longer than expected but it's not Pen American's fault as the part had been delievered late. I also appreciate that they kept me in the loop explaining the progress of the work and they were very nice and kind. I'm glad that I got my car back with like a new condition so thanks a lot for your effort. -Minyoung

The reps I spoke to all did a good job of keeping me advised of the progress on my car. I dealt mostly with Chris French whose customer service I found to be excellent.
