I thought that I heard something driving home, and found a piece of plastic dragging from the bottom of my car. I went to my local service station, and they removed it for me. He said it "wasn't necessary," but it seems that something was broken from the bottom of my car.

The customer service from Jackie was great. I am not happy with the condition that my car was delivered to me in the first time and the second time. Some of the fairings are still not fully seated so I still have to go to the Fremont to talk to the manager directly.
The car wash left much to be desired. The entire back area of the car was not vacuumed and there were smudges all over the exterior of the car.
