Liz was wonderful and kept me very well updated. I was also impressed with the quality of my repairs. Unfortunately, however, my car was returned to me with my gas tank nearly empty (it was low when I brought it in, but no one asked me to bring it in gassed up) and I wasn’t confident I could make it to the gas station on remaining gas so I had to call AAA.

Only thing that would have made this even better is:
When asked if I needed a rental car while making the appointment over the phone (to which I answered yes) it would have been good to clarify I’d be sent to a car rental location to finish the rental process there so I could have accounted for that added time better. I assumed the location would have a rental ready at the Pan-American location in Menlo Park during to provide during my appointment and unfortunately missed some important business meetings due to that added ~45 mins+ of being sent to enterprise in Redwood City, waiting in line, processing rental and driving back to a Menlo Park.

Juan at Menlo Park office was really helpful and kept me updated with repair process for any progress via both text messages and phone calls. I needed to travel and really wanted to have my vehicle repair done before my leave. Juan worked with the Fremont shop closely and got it done ahead of schedule. I picked up the vehicle before my trip. Juan also stayed late waiting for me to pick up the car. I am extremely satisfied with the shop and Juan’s help. He was so friendly and nice. What a Great service!
