I don't have text msg plan, so I don't prefer the status to be sent by text msg, which I got charged for every text msg that I received. I replied the msg by typing "STOP", but it did not stop Pan America to send me the text msg. A simple call or email should be a better choice in my opinion. But the service itself is great. Thank you!
