Initially, I was going to take my vehicle to another establishment. My insurance company (Farmers) gave me a choice. I’m happy that I chose Pan American Collision (Fremont). I am very, very satisfied with Brian and the entire team that was in any way involved with handling my vehicle. They explained everything to me and shortly after I dropped off my truck, I began to receive electronic communications from them. Communication is very important to me & counts for a lot. Everyone I had contact with was personable yet professional. You would never know that it is an auto body shop. The facility is clean inside & out.
