Kyle was a gentleman when he was getting the insurance check, but when the radiator hose came off and I have leaks he "dumb woman"'d me. I have pictures, and he also lied to USAA on the phone while I was on the other line. I'm sure there will be some feedback from that since my truck was on min transmission fluid and a mere bubble of oil when I picked it up today. Good luck
