Yes, Aimee was a delight to work with. The updates were great for my anxiety. The folk at PA realize how important the customer's cars are to them.

The seat belt in my car was put back wrong and needs to be fixed. There was nothing wrong with the seat belt and no internal damage before I took the car in. Otherwise, where the actual damage was it looks really good.

The customer service provided by Linda Estrada was excellent. The repairs were completed as originally promised, which was very important for me. I picked up the car today and the repairs appear to be of high quality so far. I will continue to monitor them and let you know if this changes. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable, compared with other estimates I got.
