Working with Linda and Pan American was such an incredible experience. My car was involved in an accident and Linda assires me that I will get my car back to its original condition. She broke everything down and explained the whole process. I was updated on the entire process via text and phone calls. When I received my car, I was speechless as it looked as if it was never damaged.

The mechanics did no rewire everything completely. For instance, my radio did not work without without correct coding. Jose felt terrible for not being able to fix the problem right away so he suggested I retun the car on Monday to have it pulled out.
While Jose did his utmost best to ensure my satisfaction with genuine kindness and support, I wish the mechanics had checked every small detail such as battery and stereo before giving the OK. I do appreciate how they reglued the piece of upholstery that hung off the right passenger door even though it wasn't caused by the accident. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Jose' professional service. He consistently kept me updated regarding my vehicle.

Jose was a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond my expectations. My car was to be completed on Friday, but was waiting on a part. So, the completion date was extended to Monday. Jose said he'll take care of the rental till Monday, which helped me out a great deal since I needed to drop off my kids to school.
The text messages that I receive every morning were helpful in keeping me up to date on my the status of my car. They did a really nice job in my car and I'm pleased with the results.
