The paint color used does not match my original paint color close enough not to notice the difference in the paint pigment on the non-repaired sections of my car. Additionally when I attempted to return the items that had been removed from my trunk and placed in the back seat of my car, the latch on my trunk had been damaged and would not shut. When I called to discuss it, Susan was impatient with me and ended up telling me to just bring it in any time M-F, 8-5pm and they would be happy to make me happy. No apology for the inconvenience, no accountability for making me have to crawl through the back seat of my car at 10:30 at night to secure my trunk from the inside because it would not close. Did I mention I was in a dress at the time? Yeah, it was fantastic.
