I had an insurance claim after hitting a deer. My insurance company directed me to Gary Rains Body Shop. I didn't have to use them they were just a recommendation from my insurance company. I decided to try them out. It was an easy process from the time walked in the door to get the estimate. They took care of arranging the rental car for me. One thing I did like were the status updates via e-mail on my car. They did a great job of retuning my car back to original condition. They washed it inside and out prior to returning it back to me. All in all it was a good experience. I will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise. Thank you Gary Rains Body shop!

Car looks brand new again. Even treated my kids well.

The outer repair job was excellent. My only complaint is that the interior door does not match the other side door. I was told that the inside of the doors would be the same that was on the car. Apparently, that was not the case.

I have dealt with needing body work twice since I've owned my 2008 Chevy Impala. And both times I made sure I brought my fav car to Gary Rains Body Shop. You guys were very highly recommended to myself so, I have also made sure to share the info with others.
