The left rear bumper was not repaired. The damage was caused by emergency equipment used to put out fire. It should be fixed. The side panel on right side was scorched and not repaired. I was told it would be repaired once the part comes in. Waiting to hear from them regarding final repairs. Would appreciate your feedback and help getting my vehicle properly repaired Ty, Ken Capron

At first there was a problem with the way the bumper was set , ,but teo days later when I went to pick it up the car was adjusted and looked better . So over all the hassle, the job was done satisfactory . They at least took care of the situation without any problem and I'm happy. Thank you Mario for helping and being so understanding.

This was an excellent experience. Judy at Carolina was extremely helpful and did an excellent job at explaining and communicating everything. I was in and out of the shop with all my questions answered in a rental car in about 25 min. Robbie did awesome walking me through the estimate and how that would be done as well. Can't say enough good things

The whole experience was great! I walked in, nice big clean waiting area, the staff greeted me kindly, I didn't have to wait long to be assisted. While my car was getting repaired, they sent me repeated updates via text and a couple phone calls which was so convenient. The repairs didn't take long either. The entire process from start to finish was simple and smooth and this is definitely my go-to body shop! Thank you Geico for referring me!
