I had the most incredible experience with Carolina. The way I was greeted and spoken to, made me feel like I was a family member, the entire team seems like they take pride in their company and pride in their work. I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion in for repair work, Geico had recommended me there, and from the onset I was impressed. Judy greeted me with the Geico adjuster, went over every thing with me and gave me a time frame for the repair. I agreed to have them repair my car, it was the best decision I made. I was ACTULLY contacted be either a phone call, a text, or email almost in a daily basis keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. When my car was ready, they took the time to show me everything that was repaired, gave me all the documents, and a written life time warranty. My car was completely cleaned and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. All I can say is, what a team if professional people, and what a beautiful job. I would NEVER use any other place for my car repairs. Thank You Carolina
