It took 30 days to repair the car. Waiting on parts delivery was the problem. One part (a wire harness was received broken - twice!) The car repair is still not complete - now waiting on arrival of two metal strips

I recently brought in my white Elantra that needed a new rear bumper because someone came into my lane and swiped me while driving on the highway. I did a lot of research to find the best place to get my car fixed up, which resulted in choosing Safford Hyundai Collision Center. When I'd stopped by to drop my car off I found that I was leaving my cherished car in good hands since the staff were polite, helpful, and warm! When I'd picked my car up after the repairs, I inspected it and was relieved that it was good as new (pre-collision) because the work was of such high caliber and I couldn't possibly be happier with the overall experience! Well, the bad luck would be getting into another fender bender again in the future but the good luck would be that Safford Hyundai is a 10 minute drive so I'd be back there knowing I'd be taken care of (this is the DC metro area where a lot of accidents happen after all).
