This is the second time I used Maze. They did a great work the first time so when I needed to have my front bumper replaced due to flying tire debris, Maze was my first choice.

Found a brace bracket under the hood connecting the fender to the firewall that had not been tightened down and was rattling. Exterior looks great very pleased so far!!

Scheduling the repairs have been a nightmare. I have had to call two or three times to get an appointment for repairs after more damage was done while the car was being repaired. After the consultation for scratches that happened during repairs, I was told I would hear from somebody the next day; however, this did not happen, and I had to call to make my own appointment. When I initially brought my car there for hail damage, I did not, nor did the person taking pictures of my hood, notice any chips in the paint; however, when I returned to get it, I found one immediately. I was told it had to be from the storm. I questioned why it wasn't noticed during the dent repairs, and I was told that was a good question. I was then told to contact my insurance company to get them to pay for the repair. I have one more appointment there on June 20th to repair scratches that occurred when the side window was taken out, and I hope that goes smooth. I have not been impressed thus far.
