Gene's is a very professional shop. The staff was helpful, even when I added a last-minute claim & delayed the return of my car. My car is gorgeous and it was even cleaned inside! But, for the email updates, please only send email when it's accurate. I got a couple of messages switching the days & times the car would be ready. I had to change some plans. I never received a quote or a call just an email where the finish date kept changing there was damage that occurred due to the accident that was not followed thru with I was made out to be a liar from the adjuster and the repair person because they did not see the connection of the broken glove box to the accident
Upon pickup the head restraints had not been re seated and scratches on the trunk lid were visible - after pointing these out they were taken care of but I thought of myself as a number in line not a customer the owner came by and was not happy about the vehicle not being fixed correctly and he seemed to car about the level of service
