There are damages to my car that were not there wen my car was dropped off. When I approahed them about it they dismissed me and were completely rude, even the head management was rude and was not at all concerned with trying to fix issues or address them. They also called the police with dismissing me, all because they did not want to take responsibility of the damage they did. I took picture of damage before I left the Lott and they refused them because they weren't digital. I also showed it to a gentlemen and there was still denial. Mike was theain person who was involved with the rude actions. I was completely unsatisfied and I will never take my car there again.

My only complaint was follow up. I was scheduled to have my car back Tuesday August 12, 2014, and did not get it back until Wednesday. I was not verbally updated on this status until I called the shop to check on my car. Better follow up would have been nice but overall I had a good experience and would use the shop again. I would also recommend Miracle Strip others.
