The entire staff presented a sense of competence that gave us a clear assurance that the work would be done as we expected. An additional indicator was the appearance of the shop. It gave the same sense of efficiency without one even realizing it. Both inputs proved justified as the finished work seems perfect. Thank you all.

I will contact JR, but the wheel that was replaced does not match the other three! Noticed issues with swirls where paint was blended. Interior of car was a mess and not cleaned. Spent **** day cleaning interior of car including leather seats and floor mats. Very disappointing!

My car looks like it was never backed into! I'm appreciative of the love and care my car recieved. I liked that I got updated everyday. They even switched my radio to a local station so I dont have to listen to fuzz. The little things. Only critique would be, I didnt get my old parts back. No big deal because it has the warranty. Was only concerned to have it just in the case any thing was forgotten on the old bumper, human error, but as far as i can tell, every thing is just as it should be.
