My horn doesn't work now, and it's part of a normal required safety inspection. Yes, all other repairs have been done, but the answer I was given was to just drop off the truck, and they will try to fix. But, I have no other car, or way of transportation. Wasn't offered a loaner. It will cost me to rent another car just for the horn.
