My 3a Collision experience was awesome! The staff was very kind and professional, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and Joseph Wray did an excellent job repairing my car! I will definitely recommend 3a Collision to everyone!

We received email communication that we would receive updates regarding our car repair. The updates never came. When we called regarding the status of our repair, staff was courteous and gave us the information we requested, but we were not called regarding updates or status.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the job that was done on my back bumper. It was brought in to be repainted from a bad scratch.
It also had a crease from a previous accident that was some how fixed to perfection. It looks brand new!

There was 2 places on my truck ( right side headlight and fender) that was very noticeable as I don't understand how when the job was completed it wasn't noticed by them . I brought them both to Jose attention and he told me to bring it back he would take care of it for me...However , the paint paint job was FLAWLESS ..... Just really want the complete satisfaction promised !!!!
