I was happy that the estimate was completed quickly and the part was installed while I waited. I did wait inside with several other customers but I would have been more comfortable waiting outside if seating there had been available. Have you considered adding some exterior seating for customers? Thanks again for all you do!

I was charged a $500 fee that I did not owe. When I called to ask how to avoid this problem in the future I was spoken to very rudely and even spoken over while I was trying to explain. I asked to receive an email with a manager’s contact information so that I could complain about the service that I received. I also asked for a manager to call me and I haven’t heard from anyone. I have been taking my car to your shop since I owned my 2000 Honda accord because of the great customer service I’ve always received and speak highly about your business to many of my friends, family etc. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and will most likely choose a different shop next time, as will the rest of my family. My front left tire bolts was not tighten properly. I had to take my Kia to Hilltop auto shop to find out what the problem was in all that rattlingly noise on my car - this is when they discovered my bolts was not tighten. Overall, my 1st comment immediately after receiving my Kia back I was well pleased with the repair work you all done. Thanks. However, going forward be safe & do all your checkpoints in returning the vehicle back to your customers.Thanks???? ????
