From start to finish, everyone we worked with was so friendly, professional, and respectful of our time. Fees were explained clearly and our questions were thoroughly and patiently answered. Our repair was completed ahead of schedule and they helped arrange an extra day for us to use the rental car in order to accommodate our work schedules. We received regular communication about our car’s status via calls and texts, which we appreciated. When I went to pick it up, I noticed my coolant was low and they kindly topped it off for me before I hit the road. I would recommend this shop and consider using them in the future.

I went to pick my car up tonight and I was in shock. My engine sounds like a piece of crap. I have a nice car I love it - for what ever reason mycar is not the same it’s terriable . The last time I drove my car it sounded like a high performance well oiled machine. Today is sounds the opposite., please fix my car . Also it shakes it never did that before

First time i went to pick it up there was a massive scratch in the bumpber and had to leave it for repair again. Second time i came back the paint on the fixed side looked like it was sanded with 80 grit and then painted and cleared over. I hope the third time it will be done correct as i was recomended this body shop by a client that had excilent work done. I was looking for a shop in town since we just moved to work on my classics but with the current job done i do not feel confotable taking another car here

The Audi Side Assist has stopped working since I got the vehicle back after repairs. It's the blind spot detection that is done when changing lanes. Since the rear bumper work, the Side Assist button near driver side mirror doesn't work, when pressed. Further I have to come back to **** Hill taking time away from work to have to come get this resolved. It's definitely an inconvenience for me.
