Communications from Estimator & Farmer's Insurance could have been improved...as there was a delay of almost week before Dodge was scheduled for repairs.
As customer, I had to contact Farmer's & agent said I only needed Advance Auto Repair to fix my Dodge & send bill to Farmer's Insurance,agent had advised!

The work seems to be great now, but the brand new bumper was dented after they installed it, then one of my wheels was scratched while they finished the repairs on that. I did not feel confident in Lydia who handled my claim with you guys. Her first instinct seemed to be to blame someone else for any problem I had. I don't want to cause any trouble but I hope in the future the first response to these matters will not be the same.
When I noticed the dent in the new bumper, she immediately claimed it must have been done by the shop who worked on my wheels and then she stared at me. All I needed to hear was not who was at fault, I left my car in your care, just tell me that you are sorry this happened and that you will fix it as soon as possible and provide an honest estimate of how long you think that it will take. i also had a warning light issue, that may not have been related to your work or to the accident that brought my car to you. Instead of Lydia explaining that it was not related to your work or the accident and what and that you had checked the warning messages and found that everything looked normal, she tried to tell me about some problem with Ford Fusions. It would have been best to make me feel confident in the work completed. Once that is done you can tell me that you know about this possible issue with the car model and that I may need to follow up with that company of the problem persists. A final note, when she kept going on about the ford issue as opposed to telling me what work your shop had done, I explained that what she was telling me was not helping me to feel comfortable that the shop had completed the work you had agreed to and that it was not a good experience. I also said that I didn't feel comfortable leaving with my car and she said, "I wouldn't either." This does not instill confidence in your shop and only made me feel less reassured that there wouldn't be something else the shop had damaged or not done and my car wouldn't be what was promised.
I was very impressed with the girl at the front desk. She was very helpful, friendly and made me feel safe to leave my car there in the first place. And the. Echanic who spoke with me was amazing. He quickly realized where my concerns were and clearly explained the work that was completed and helped me confident that I would not have further problems with my vehicle due to the accident.
I have heard good things and had the car back for a couple of days now. It does seem to be back to almost new. I was saddened to have had the experience I did have. I hope we can all learn from this and experiences will be better for you and your clients in the future.

Overall, yes very nice experience. I would have appreciated a quick car wash, not a detail, just a overall washing of dust. I say this because no mechanical car wash is recommended for 30 days.
