I think the team did a great job of properly assessing my vehicle for damages and repairs needed. And they did a great job of coordinating those efforts and keeping me up-to-date with the progress of the vehicle. There's also very nice to be able to have a Rent-A-Car company In hose to help me with coordinating my transportation needs. Thank you

Loose headliner, missing clear protective cover on door handle, improperly installed spoiler. All this was found after the car had numerous issues (paint overstay on rims, missing fasteners, missing decorative parts thrown away, misaligned bumper) at first pickup attempt.
