I did receive email status updates but not in a timely manner. An email when the vehicle is received, when the work actually starts, depending on length of repair weekly updates and an email the day before work is finished so owner can make arrangements to pick up vehicle. One on one interaction with customers was great.

It was great! The work was done on time and under the estimated budget. It looks great. It is a pleasure working with you.
