Your team handled the repair of our vehicle very well. They were on top of everything from day one and ultimately finished ahead of their estimated timeline. The customer service throughout the repair was excellent. I never felt that I needed to call to check on the progress because Brian was taking the initiative to call and keep us up to speed. I hope I never have a need to return to Karl Malone Body and Paint but if I do, I am confident in your work!

Very satisfied

I was told my vehicle repairs would be done within three days. I understand I brought my vehicle in Monday, the week of Thanksgiving so I wasn't too upset that Wednesday I was told it wouldn't be done until Friday. However, Friday came around and turned into Monday, which turned into Tuesday. My vehicle had been there a week. Upon picking up my vehicle I was told that they hadn't washed it and that I could keep my loaner and come back later that day after it had been washed or take it dirty. Considering how long it had already been in the shop I took it back dirty. When I went to pay the only gentleman in the body shop did not have knowledge of how to run the new credit card machine and I was told someone would call me later that day to collect payment. I was a little uneasy about this but needed to get to work so did as he said. I ended up calling the body shop the next day after no one had called to collect payment over the phone. With all this being said, I was very impressed with Toyota's willingness to provide me with a loaner free of charge. They also applied a 15% discount on parts because of a Birthday Email I had received. And lastly, the work looks great. Does the good balance out the bad? Meh, I'm on the fence to be honest. Very rarely do I come in and get what I'd call great customer service with acceptable turnaround times. This experience left me underwhelmed as usual. But I was extremely thankful for the loaner and discount. Had I not gotten those things, this review would be a different story.

Service was good. I was a little disappointed that the backup camera and mirror are not the same as the factory installed mirror. That's what I thought I was paying for

Excellent and quick service! Very friendly and helpful staff. There are Toyota dealerships much closer to my home, but I'll be continue going to Karl Malone Toyota!
