I was originally told several times that it would be a 3-4 day repair. It ended up taking 9 days. Then when I got home after picking my car up from the shop I discovered that my Iphone charging cable is missing from my car and the drivers side fog light still didn’t work so I had to bring it back in again the next morning. That ended up being a quick fix (apperntly the bulb was blown) but it was still inconvenient. Still have no idea what happened to my charging cable. All of the staff were very nice and helpful but overall I’m not very impressed with my experience.

My car took much longer than expected - almost 2 weeks. And I was told it would be ready Wed and it wasn't ready until late Fri. I was out of town for the weekend and needed it Monday for work but had to take a Lyft Monday afternoon to come get it which caused big inconviences for several members.
