The absolute best service I have ever had. From the beginning to the end, they kept in communication with me about the repairs and estimated time of completion. I didn’t have to wonder or call them about how the vehicle was doing. I am completely satisfied with their repair and would recommend the collision department for repairs to anybody.

My car looked great. The repairs were done well. My car came back into my possession cleaned and fresh. The unexpected part of the experience was the length of time it took, i scheduled repairs on a date that was a week after the estimate, expecting the repairs would be completed that day, the repairs took five days. The update messages from this site were not representative of the actual repair progress of my vehicle.

The fender panels do not line up like they did before the accident and the gap between hood and passenger fender is larger than the gap in the driver’s side. I understand the car is older and in rough shape but I’m trying to clean it up and make it look good. The panel alignment is absolutely terrible. Other than that the service was great. I guess one final note, please make sure the customers vehicle starts before leaving it out for them as my battery was ran down upon trying to pick it up.
