Maybe the only thing is that you forgot a card number and other papers and you forgot to take out a plastic on the floor, but is not a big deal . Sandra was very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to be able to take care of the rental car at your facility and not have to go to another location.
The text message update were nice but did not work as promised. We were told that we would recieve a text with each step of the process i.e. ****. The paint is being striped 2. No new damage was found 3. The clear coat is being applied. etc.
We were very happy with the overall process.
