Horn does not work and you can still see the dents in the hood when you get in the car and look down across it. I told the representative that my husband will generally check the work before we leave but he was sick and unable to be there. Was advised have a lifetime warranty. Something else I am not pleased with would rather discuss in person.

We are totally satisfied with our experience. There was a mixup with the date we brought it in. We thought the 8/4 and it was a later date. Repair was still done. When we went to pick up vehicle, adjuster said he was NOT satisfied with paint job. And that he would get it redone and pick up the charge for a rental car since we had already returned the one we had been using. That was greatly appreciated since we were paying rental ourselves.
