Love the communication factor where you provided text messages of the status of the vehicle and how promptly it was serviced and how the damages were fixed. The only drawback that I have is that the driver side floor mat was very dusty and not vacuumed. I had to do it myself a few times until it was clean. Other than that you guys did great.
