I worked with Keith throughtout the entire process from estimation of the work needing to be done to completion. He was very professional and courteous, extremely knowledgable, and went out of his way to fulfill my request for two estimates and bringing to my attention additional work outside the estimates that needed to be done. I’d recommend you take pictures of every incoming car for repair. Maybe walk the car with the owner and write down any previous damage (of any). The big a tech would damage a car as much as he damaged mine, there would be proof and all repaired would be made with out questioning the integrity of the customer/owner and complete all repairs to damage done at your facility. As a result, you will guarantee satisfaction if I were to bring my car back to you in the future. Thanks to Tommy & Keith for their work to correct most of the damage done to my car by the tech.
