This repair took way too long

Mudgett's did a FANTASTIC job on my car!  They were extremely professional in every step of the process, from Tommy and the front office staff who called me from time to time to keep me updated with the work on my car, and the pricing.  The car came back looking beautiful, fully repaired, and extremely clean.  In addition, after trying for 30 minutes to reach my debit card company so I did not have to use credit card and being unable to reach them, the manager decided not to charge me the service fee.  What great customer service and loyalty!  I would absolutely go back to Mudgett's again and would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs body shop repairs!  Thank you for everything!

Good morning, My first takeaway - How polite your staff was when I called seeking assistance (having waited for months to secure repairs at another facility). Second takeaway - Immediate attention was provided when I brought my vehicle to your facility for an appraisal. Third takeaway - Your team proactively worked with Erie Insurance to address having my vehicle scheduled for repairs within a reasonable time frame. Fourth takeaway - Your staff impressively coordinated having the rental company present upon my arrival when I surrendered my vehicle for repairs. Fifth takeaway - The follow up via email and phone calls to advise of the vehicle's repair status was reassuring. Sixth takeaway - Allowing me to leave the rental vehicle at your shop was a convenient option. In general: The bumper looks nice (recognizing the age of the vehicle and your team's ingenuity in securing the part). I am currently testing the sensor - not sure if it is working correctly. I truly appreciate the care your team has extended and, with my personal thermostat rising as a result of the months of delays from another firm, I must give Erie kudos for recommending your operation.
