I have been back 2x and the last time was yelled at as the “owner” as he identified himself yelled “I know the customers are always right” . Obviously he doesn’t believe in this or what your Website says. I have 2 very small areas of damage to paint that appears to have been caused by when the bumper was reassembled. After over $1000 for a paint repair , I was told to go to the dealer and buy touch up paint. He did finally apologize for his behavior but that was too little too late. It still doesn’t seem like it was reassembled properly. Another comment he made was he said he had told me I might need new clips. Never said that and again for over $1000 why weren’t new clips used? I am most dissatisfied with my experience
