Easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate with prompt receipt of estimate. Was kept informed of progress on car and delivery was on time. But, most importantly, the job the Center did was outstanding. Very, very pleased with the result. Bonus my interior was vacuumed and wiped down - made me so happy. I hope to not need services again but if so, I'll be back. Thanks

Carters was very good at keeping me informed regarding the progress of the repair work which was was useful to me as I am in the process of moving and I was able to coordinate my travel schedule. I was notified an additional part was broken and not replaced when I picked up my car, but was not informed how it would have affected the appearance of my new headlights. I happened to notice myself. I was told they would order and install the part with me only paying for the part, but the quote I requested also included labor. I would have liked it if they had been more specific about the aesthetic impacts and waived the labor charge as initially indicated.
