All was good. My previous experience was less than perfect. To avoid any issues I went to the branch on the Saturday prior to my Monday morning drop off and they ended up giving me a dirty car with no gas. I do not know why or how this is an acceptable way of conducting an operation. Handing me a card for a car wash across the street and telling me to not worry about bringing the car back with any specific amount of gas is poor form. The time I take to get their car washed is not worth it. The amount of money I put in the gas tank is equally souring. Meanwhile, I am still waiting on my Enterprise receipt, five days later.

Great service and work on my car. The only thing out of sync is your online notifications - the first one said my car would be ready on Friday (but was ready Thursday as I had been told in person) and the follow-up notifications were a day off as well (ie the one that said you just picked up your car came a day after . . . etc).
