This is not the first time that my family has used Classics to fix our damaged vehicles and each time my wife, Nina, and I have been impressed by how nice the experience has been in just about every way. We're impressed with your work and your courtesy, which have made you our go-to place for car repairs. The only glitch we have experienced was the absence of updates from you after the first few relating to the status of work on our red 2008 Prius. I am certain that we'll be seeing you again (but we fervently hope that it will not be any time soon) and I thank you very much for taking such good care of us.
