While I am satisfied with the finished product and the shop eventually did a great job on my car, there were some oversights with the repair process that I found very problematic. It took 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed on my car, but when I came to pick it up (when it was supposedly completed) they had neglected to replace the seatbelt that was broken, and tried to say I didn’t tell them about it, yet it was in the original estimate, I DID tell them about it, and the belt was also hanging from the side of the car, clearly broken! I was appalled. Luckily it was repaired within the day, but when I returned the following day and was driving off the lot, I noticed my radio also wasn’t working. That took another hour to repair. To top it off, the Enterprise guy tried to accuse me of damaging my rental car, even though there was preexisting damage that he neglected to check in the file before doing a once over on the car. While my car is finally in better shape, the lack of attention to detail throughout my experience at Brotman was quite concerning, and I would not return or recommend to other customers. Frankly shocked that I was sent here by Geico and will be calling them about it.
