I am extremely happy with the work done on my Infiniti Q50. Not only was the work exceptional, but the customer service I received throughout the whole process was outstanding. My bumper had to be repainted and my main concern was whether Brotman would be able to do an exact match of the paint, but after seeing the final product, I realized that I had nothing to worry about. I'd like to give a special thanks to Adam, who kept me in the loop throughout the whole repair process. He provided me with periodic updates and was always very professional. During the quality inspection, his team noticed some flaws in the bumper and they decided to redo the paint job to get my car back to perfection. This required an extra day of work, but I did not mind at all. I appreciated that the team went above and beyond to deliver a final product that met their quality standards. My car looks beautiful and I can't thank the team enough for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Brotman Auto Body!

Brotman and Geico were so easy to work with (Philip and Edwin after my accident)! The turnaround to fix my car was incredibly fast and customer service was amazing. Philip accommodated my schedule for me to pick up my car super early on a Saturday morning and when I noticed a scuffed (accident-related) area of my car that had been missed, he fixed it up immediately with a smile.
