Trunk emblem put in the wrong place, a piece of trim that goes along the top of the drivers side doors got broken and their screws missing,screws are missing for my interiror door panel so when I pull the door shut the panel feel loose and sloppy, minor scrapes and scratches to areas that were not being repaired, the paint around my driver side interior panel is all scratched up as if someone used the incorrect tool to pry on it, clear coat overspray on my brand new stainless steel muffler, I had to take the time to tuck my windshield weather striping back into place, and some major scuffing on the interior driver side plastic paneling. My car was scheduled for pick up on 10/30/15 but I was called two pick it up two days prior, I should have not being rushed like this because my car obviously was not ready for pick up. USSA ashured me that this was a five star facility but for some reason Im the one that gets stuck with a Tijuana paint job Sincerely Brian A

Overall the job was done very well and I got what I wanted which was for the car to look like new since it was hit when it was only a week old.
Feedback would be to just contact me in a timely manner. I was told I would get a call the next day on an update but I had to call myself to ask for the update.
