I had the pleasure of working with Shasta. Every word she said she would do, she did! From emailing me every day to keep me informed what they were doing to my car each day. She set up my rent a car with Enterprise. Which Enterprise got me into a car I wanted and there was hardly a wait. The turn around time at Auto Body Excellence was impressive, seeing that there was a lot of cars on their lot. I was very pleased with the out come. The work on my car was excellent but I had to wait a long time after I arrived because someone forgot to do something for my car. Otherwise it was a good experience. But that really put my day back with my sitter, etc.
