I am completely satisfied with the artistry and craftsmanship of the work done and the speed at which the work was completed. Having said that, from an administrative perspective, I would coordinate the progress emails better with the body shop. For example, I was sent an email at 9:45 am that my car was 55% done and got a call 2 hours later that my car was done. The call that my car was done came when the rental car co. was closed and I wasn't prepared in advance of the progress. Everything else was fantastic!! Thank you!!!
