Everyone was nice and everything was done right expect for one small detail right above the Mazda emblem. There were parts of a white paint or something, it came off easily when I ask Patrick about it. So my question is if it came off so easily, why didn't they fix/clean it for me?

The car was repaired on time, which helped us greatly. And saved 21st Century/Farmers money as we did not have to get a rental car.
Patrick Caro's coordination with 21st Century/Farmers facilitated the repair work, which met our needs.
There were a few minor glitches, nothing major, but Patrick worked with us in a most pleasant manner to our satisfaction.
