I really appreciated Fortes Auto Body making sure I got the best repair for the best cost, as well as keeping me up to date with regular communication. I also appreciate Fortes going the extra mile to not only repair my car but vacuum and dust the interior, and wash the exterior. Wonderful service!

It would have been nice if the shop staff had been proactive about one last part on my Prius - but when I finally showed up to the shop because I was told they were closing for thanksgiving, the tech on duty said the computer still showed one part back ordered and the other tech said he would go to the floor and look to see if it had arrived. Not only was it there, the tech then fixed it, took the car to wash, and helped transfer items from the rental to my car so o could leave with my car.

I was very much misled and misinformed. The initial reason and concern for which I had gone for the claim wasn’t even touched. Just because I took their word they didn’t deliver what they had promised for. I was scammed basically.
